Property Inspection

This is a quick inspection that takes roughly 5 minutes to complete and includes a quality check of the sewer Clean-Out and output of the Rain Gutter.

When water from these illegal connections enters the system, it undergoes unnecessary treatment, taking up valuable space and resources.

This increases operational costs, which ultimately raises sewer bills.

Clean-Out Check

Makes sure the cap is properly secured to the cleanout and that there is no access for rainwater or groundwater.

Rain Gutter Check

Ensures that there are no illegal connections to the sewer system, such as roof downspouts, floor drains and sump pumps.

For Example: Rain Gutter connected to the Private Sewer Lateral in image below, would be considered an Illegal Connection.
